It takes a long way to develop and create a quality product.
Since 1964, our company's goal, is to ensure the circle of production that results high-quality chain from wire rod, plastic chain from polyethylene granulate, and modern-designed rope from filament, which is suitable for the area of use. In this year, the production of our high-quality chains with different surface protection has began and we changed from a small workshop with 12 employees to an export-oriented chain manufacturer under the name "Sila".
Today, "Sila" is one of the three remaining chain factories in Europe, which persistently resists the pressure caused by the expansion of lower-priced but poorer-quality chains on the market.
In the meantime, our production program has also expanded with the production of rope and plastic products.
Chain production was automated in 1988, the machine park has been expanded with newly purchased machines from Italy and machines have been renovated, thereby increasing their technical capabilities, so that the production capacity has now increased from 2,000 to 3,000 tons of chain yearly.
Today, the production is divided into three basic production groups:
- chain production
- rope production
- plastic chains and other plastic products
